Best Coffee Shops to Work Remotely in Los Angeles (with a patio)

Dialog Cafe

Location: West Hollywood
This is a popular neighborhood cafe-style restaurant complete with WiFi and outdoor outlets to plug in your laptops. The cafe serves a full food menu, from breakfast to sandwiches and grain bowls, so it tends to get busy around mealtimes, but there are still plenty of shaded tables in their patio dining areas for people to get some work done.

Go Get Em Tiger

Location: Los Feliz

With multiple locations throughout the city, Go Get Em Tiger is definitely one of LA’s most loved coffee chains. For this ‘patio’ shoutout, we’re specifically calling out their Los Feliz location. Set back from Hollywood Boulevard, the patio at their Los Feliz GGET is where it's truly at. Cozy up with your pals (and your drinks) next to one of the olive trees and soak up the sunny outdoor + friendly people vibes. Has a full kitchen, too.

Menotti's Coffee Stop

Location: Venice & Culver City

At Menotti’s flagship spot, you'll find an exquisite outdoor patio right along the Venice Boardwalk. It's decked out with socially distant tables, adorable mosaic flooring, and serves up some of the finest cold brews, Spanish lattes, and nitros around. They've been delivering top-notch coffee, vinyl vibes, and fostering community spirit since 2013. If Venice is a bit of a haul for you, swing by their Culver City spot instead.

Location: Echo Park

Laveta exudes an unabashedly aesthetic vibe. Nestled in a quirky triangular spot, it boasts plenty of poured cement, blonde woods, funky light fixtures, and dashes of greenery. While there's seating indoors, the shaded patio overlooking Glendale Boulevard is where most patrons will likely find themselves. With a lineup of signature drinks and an impressive food menu, it's the ultimate spot in town to plug in your headphones and power through a few emails for the day.

Muddy Paw Coffee Company

Location: Eagle Rock

When it comes to any coffee-related list, Muddy Paw in Eagle Rock is a must-mention for us. It's a spot that tends to evoke strong feelings - you either adore it or it's not your cup of tea. It’s part coffee shop, part dog park, and as a dog owner - this place is my go-to. I can let my pup play off leash, set up my laptop, and enjoy a cup of coffee. But if you're not into dogs, it might not be your scene. Admittedly, sometimes the dog-friendly area might have a scent that only us dog lovers can truly bear.
