We're looking to provide a low-stress, fun environment to meet new people in the LA area at LOQUI. First drink included with ticket!

At this event, you’ll meet 8 other LA locals, each paired with you for a 6-minute one-on-one chat. Each pairing is based on something you have in common, so conversations flow easier and connections feel more natural.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Buy your ticket and answer the questions prompted at checkout (this will help us match you with new potential friends)
2. Check in with your hosts at 7:00 PM
3. 7:30 PM - 8:45 PM PM the friend pairing rounds will occur
4. 8:45 PM - post event dinner at LOQUI (optional)

About LOQUI

LOQUI is a casual restaurant inspired by Mexican flavor heritage, founded by friends Ari Ampudia and Cameron Wallace in 2013 as a pop-up out of San Francisco’s Tartine Bakery. In 2016, Ampudia and Wallace brought the concept to Los Angeles where they opened LOQUI’s first brick-and-mortar restaurant in Culver City, followed by locations in DTLA, Playa Vista, Studio City, Woodland Hills, and Mid City. The menu, helmed by Wallace, features traditional, bold flavors that transport guests to regions across Mexico. The signature tacos are best enjoyed on Northern Mexico-style flour tortillas, and the bowls come with the choice of tortillas or chips. Beyond tacos and bowls, LOQUI also offers quesadillas, housemade salsas, seasonal aguas frescas, Mexican craft beer, and more.
