This is a beginner-friendly boxing class, built for more than just the workout.
Walking into a new gym or trying a new routine can feel intimidating, especially on your own. This changes that. Show up solo, get into it, and leave with people you would actually come back and train with.
This class is for:
- Anyone looking to try something new or sharpen their boxing fundamentals.
- Those who have been meaning to get into a routine.
- And anyone who knows it is easier to stick with it when you are not doing it alone.

- You’re never guessing what to do: Every round is guided, with visuals on the walls so you can just lock in and follow along
- The energy carries you: Lights down, music up. The kind of room where it is easy to stay in it and keep moving
- It takes the pressure off: Low lighting means less worrying about who is watching, more focus on your own rhythm
- You can go at your own pace: Push it when you want, ease up when you need. No one’s keeping score
Class Schedule:
- 12:15 PM: Check-In. Arrive, sign your waiver, get your class placement, and grab your gloves.
- 12:30 PM: Class Begins! A 45-minute, full-body workout: 10 rounds total,5 on the bag, 5 on the weights. You’ll rotate halfway through for a balanced, high-energy session.
- 1:15 PM: Post-Class Hang. Cool down in the lobby with refreshments.Saw someone you vibed with? Match through our system, we’ll send contact details around 3 PM (unless you already connect IRL). More details below.
How to Connect With Your Next Gym Partner
- Before you arrive, you’ll fill out a short profile with a few of your fitness goals and interests. We’ll send the link in your confirmation email.
- After class, log into the event page from your phone to see everyone who attended, ranked by how closely your goals align. It’s an easy way to spot who you might want to connect with.
- You’ll have access right after class during the lounge cool down, and until 3 PM that afternoon. Plenty of time to meet in person or follow up later.
- See someone you’d train with again? Tap the heart next to their name. If they do the same, we’ll connect you both over email.
