Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions for Aisle 2 (DBA: The Next Fun Thing®)

Overview
‍The Next Fun Thing and Love in LA events (“Events”) are services offered by Aisle 2 LLC, hereinafter referred to as “Aisle 2” or the “Company.” These Events include, but are not limited to, speed dating, speed friending, professional networking, and social mixers.

‍Terms of Use
This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the websites, mobile applications, and participation in Events. The terms are subject to change by the Company at any time, effective upon notification to you.
Either you or the Company may terminate your registration at any time without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. Aisle 2 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to our service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to our attention. Until such time, this Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use this website and/or participate in any Events.
By using the Love in LA or The Next Fun Thing websites, mobile applications, or by participating in Events, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These “Terms” apply to all users of the loveinla.com, thenextfunthing.com websites, and The Next Fun Thing mobile app, whether or not they are registered members.
If you do not agree to the terms set forth, please do not register.
Aisle 2 keeps all information supplied by you confidential. You authorize the Company to release said information only to other participants you “match” or connect with through our Events or services.

‍Disclaimer
Aisle 2 does not perform background checks on or screen any individuals participating in our Events. By registering for and attending an Event, you agree that Aisle 2 is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of your participation.
Aisle 2 provides a forum in which people can meet face to face and does not make any guarantees of any kind, including the number of participants, outcomes of connections, or quality of interactions.
Events are often held at venues over which Aisle 2 and its associates have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured, suffer damages, or experience any issues of any kind at an Event, you agree to release Aisle 2 and its associates from any liability with respect thereto.

‍Indemnity by Member
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aisle 2, its officers, directors, shareholders, consultants, agents, employees, partners, affiliates, licensees, and subsidiaries from any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs), actions, proceedings, liabilities, or investigations (whether formal or informal), or threats thereof, arising in connection with:Your attendance at any Event;Any services that Aisle 2 provides or claims to provide;Communications or meetings you arrange independently with individuals you meet through Aisle 2 events.
You agree that you take sole and complete responsibility for any and all actions that might occur during any meeting, communication, or interaction with other participants.

‍Refunds & Cancellations
‍Refunds are not permitted within seven (7) days of the scheduled Event date.Outside of this period, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Aisle 2.If an Event is canceled by the Company, you will be entitled to a full refund or credit toward a future Event.

‍Photography & Media Release
By attending an Event, you acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken during the Event. Unless you notify the Company in writing prior to or during the Event that you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you implicitly grant Aisle 2 and its affiliates the unrestricted right and permission to use your image, likeness, and/or voice in photographs, videos, or other media taken at the Event for promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes, in any and all media now known or later developed, without compensation.
If you do not want to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to inform an event organizer upon arrival.

‍Refusal of Service
Aisle 2 reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason.
